Terms of Use

Adults only

This index is intended for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live). By using it, you confirm you meet that requirement.

Nature of the service

NungX is a directory of hyperlinks. We host no adult content and do not operate, control, or endorse the listed destinations. You visit external sites at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Accuracy

Listings are checked periodically but the web changes constantly. Names, domains, and descriptions may be outdated; we do not guarantee accuracy or availability.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the index at abusive rates, misrepresent it, or use it to facilitate anything illegal.

Changes

Listings and these terms may change at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the current terms.
